Experience the healing power of esoteric acupuncture and vibrational sound therapy in a relaxing community setting.

Sound healing and acupuncture are wonderfully symbiotic. Together they work to move and balance the flow of Qi throughout the body, inviting deep relaxation and rest. This is a great way to start the week.

We’ll be meeting in the Mandala room at Rooted Heart Yoga and Wellness. Yoga mats, water, and tea are provided. We encourage you to bring a friend and come in comfortable clothing. You’re welcome to bring any extra pillows or blankets that support coziness.
