Welcome Autumn, the season of letting go, with a restorative and meditative sound healing journey. We will meet at the zero point between summer and autumn.

Summer is associated with the fire element — the element of joy and action. In Traditional Chinese Medicine Autumn is associated with the metal element — the element of purification, refinement, and shedding what is no longer needed.

This is the perfect opportunity to sit in peaceful stillness at the place where joy and grief meet. Can we witness together that these emotions both stem from the same source? Can we bathe in the knowing that joy and grief are both shades of Love?

We will gather in the community room at Mountain Remedy in Idaho Springs. Everything you need will be provided including yoga mats, pillows, blankets, water, and tea. Feel free to bring your own mats and other cozy items if you prefer.
