Tonight we’ll join in the comfort of Mountain Remedy’s community gathering space for a deeply restful sound bath under the Full Moon in Virgo Lunar Eclipse. This is a safe space to let go, surrendering anything we’ve been holding on to and no longer need to carry.
Sound baths are ceremonial spaces for re-balancing and re-setting. We will begin with a calming tea service and then move into a restful sound therapy session. Release physical, mental, and emotional tension in a calm and supportive setting. You’ll be bathed in the healing tones of singing bowls, gongs, and soothing natural sounds.
