Join us for a community sound healing ceremony ahead of the Total Solar Eclipse in Leo. This is a powerful astrological time for stepping into our true inner callings. It is a time to reassess, move away from any past patterns and experiences that are no longer in our best interests, and to step into situations that honor our truest needs and desires.
We will begin the evening by gathering in the community space at Mountain Remedy for tea and connection at 6:30pm. Following a period of grounding and settling into the space, we will offer one hour of intentional sound healing. This is a restful and meditative experience open to all.
We will provide yoga mats, blankets, and cushions for a comfortable experience. You are welcome to also bring things from home and to dress in clothing that will be comfortable.
