Celebrate the summer solstice in the community center at Mountain Remedy. This sound bath will be a relaxing, immersive experience featuring nature sounds, singing bowls, gongs, and healing instruments from around the world.

Yoga mats, pillows, cushions, water, and a summer solstice tea will be provided. Please let us know if you prefer a zero gravity chair as we have a few that can be reserved.
