The winter solstice marks the official beginning of winter and the shortest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere. Traditionally on this day, cultures around the world have celebrated the winter solstice with feasts and festivities. As we enter into the winter season, we celebrate the cycles of life and the return of light leading up to spring. This is a time for warmth and cozy rejuvenation.
